What we need:

  • 1.10 lbs pasta (any kind you like)
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 150-7.05 oz feta cheese
  • 1 cup Mavrodaphne
  • spearmint
  • salt, pepper

How to do it:

  1. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, the onion and the garlic.
  2. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and mix it with the finely chopped spearmint.
  3. Pour a little olive oil in a frying pan, sauté the garlic and the onion and add the sun-dried tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper then stir in the wine. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  5. Boil the pasta, strain it, pour the sauce on top with the feta cheese and the spearmint, mix well and serve.
