What are we going to have today? Octopus in green, red and yellow!

Octopus salad by Litsa

What we need:

  • 1 octopus boiled in vinegar
  • 5 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion fresh or dry
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • a little dill
  • a little smooth mustard
  • a little olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

How to do it:

  1. Cut the octopus into pieces in the size that you like.
  2. Cut the lettuce and the tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Mix oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper.
  4. Put the salad together using your imagination.
  5. Sprinkle with dill and lemon zest.
